Do you want access to all the properties listed with all the real estate offices in this
area? .... but with just one real estate representative to deal with... The link at the end of this column will take you to the new canada wide website REALTOR.ca with
map based searches which is replacing the old mls.ca website .. the new site is searchable by maps, and listings/open
houses are shown located on the maps. From here you can pick the part of the city or county you are interested in , select
the type of property, and then see all the properties currently for sale by all the real estate companies. It will give you
access to a brief description of the property but not the full listing sheet To get a copy of the full listing sheet
for each of the properties that are of interest to you, along with a lot of additional information on the property like sales
histroy, and days on the market etc.., and to avoid having to deal with lots of different sales representatives,
just email me the
listing #'s
and once i
know what you are looking for, you can be one of the first members of the public to see new listings, as i can email them
to you the day they appear on our sales representatives data base, which is usually a day before they are uploaded to the
public web site REALTOR.ca
